Squigglin is a fun, lighthearted drawing game created by Ecotone Labs, LLC. We aren’t taking your money, we aren’t tracking your personal life, and we don’t want to bug you. Draw cool things, don’t be toxic, and enjoy the game.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Squigglin (available at squigglin.com or as a mobile application, collectively the “App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) with Ecotone Labs, LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, please do not use or download the App.

2. License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play Squigglin on compatible devices that you own or control, strictly subject to this EULA and relevant app store terms.

3. Privacy & monetization philosophy

No money / subscriptions: We do not ask for your money, subscriptions, or hidden in-app purchases.

No user tracking: We do not track your personal activities across other apps or sell your data to brokers.

Hosting costs & future ads: To help cover server and operational expenses, Ecotone Labs, LLC reserves the right to display unobtrusive advertisements or third-party ad network banners within the App in the future.

Future transfer or sale: Ecotone Labs, LLC reserves the right to transfer, assign, or sell the App, its code, assets, and branding to a third-party investor or acquiring entity. In such an event, your license to use the App will continue seamlessly under the successor owner.

4. User content & conduct

Squigglin allows users to draw, create, and share artwork within the game.

Your ownership: You retain ownership of original drawings you create (“User Content”).

Operating license: You grant Ecotone Labs, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and rendering gameplay in Squigglin.

Conduct rules: You agree not to create, post, or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or infringing on another party’s intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content without notice.

5. Usage restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload server resources or exploit gameplay.
Sub-license, rent, sell, or redistribute the App binary to third parties.

6. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete the App.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ECOTONE LABS, LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOTONE LABS, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. App store standard clauses

This agreement is between you and Ecotone Labs, LLC only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, or maintenance and support services.
